Pros
WFH - that's it The pay was slightly higher than what other places had offered, but it's because you're chained to your desk. They seem to not understand that you are on the clock when you sign into Workday -- not when you 'go ready on the phones' and will dock you as 'late' if you don't go ready right at your scheduled time.
Cons
Everything else. Toxic culture; the 'managers' often are board-certified but have apparently managed to stay there. They have ridiculous metrics too. "Go deep with the members" was emphasized through training - how? When we literally have boxes to check off! Also wonder how they are billing insurance for coaching calls when coaching isn't approved for insurance billing yet. What's the CPT code? Would give negative stars if available. If you have the choice of giving a rectal exam to an angry bull and this job, take the bull.
