At least one supportive senior staff in the team to assist you, flexi time
Cons
High turnover - knowledgeable people leave because they are overworked, management are unprofessional which is a bad look for state government, not enough training, very cliquey. Also always having to work over time and extra hours to make sure everything is processed before pay close.
