- Smart and passionate engineers that make great products best they can - Some Leadership below Exec are very nice to work for but sadly have no way to influence

- Act likes an immature business and thinks they are innovative and startup. They've been around for 15 years and investors have mentioned issues with the thinking. - Lack of focus on sustainability even though people are passionate - No strategy on innovation or long-term focus/niche - High attrition with use of bullying techniques to manage people out that do not align - Only 1-2 people make decisions on the business direction and if you don't align you will be managed out aggressively - Very American centric even though the company wants to grow globally in Europe and south America but yet they do not let those individuals contribute or focus on product design that would help to better enter those markets - People culture is like a big Frat house - Maniacally focused on profit and not people - They mention hybrid working but its a lie and there is no documentation or flexibility on it - Need for speed but missing Tolerance stacks requirements; beware of product recalls and increased complaints - Overworked - No career progression
