Pros
-The opportunity to drive real, substantive change is greater than any other company I've worked for. -It is not bureaucratic - you have a good idea with the data to back it up? It will be challenged and poked but if you can support your recommendation, it will get implemented. Quickly. -Management has hired top talent from diverse backgrounds. Classic CPG, digital agencies, retail. The commitment to staff-up with great people is real. -Incredibly nimble. Leadership says "We reserve the right to get smarter". If new data comes in that warrants different action, the company pivots. -Consumer-focused. Everything starts with the consumer and doing what is right for her/him. Decisions have never been made for shareholders or to make a quarter or fiscal year. It's a long-term view only with the consumer in mind
Cons
-It can seem devoid of strategy (in some cases, that's not true - it's just that the strategy hasn't been deployed as broadly and clearly as it could have been)
