      Pros

      Salary is better than most hospitals, and it’s nice that your able to accrue Sick time without having to use your PTO. Flexibility with your schedule.

      Cons

      Maxing out your salary and taking several years to reach your max. When becoming a full time employee that take about 10% of your pay away from you.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
