Pros
Other Sharp employees have all been really friendly and helpful for the most part. Great job for ADN & BSN nursing students while in school. You give your availability, so it's nice to be able to work around your classes and clinicals. Also nice to get into a big hospital system and start meeting people and getting familiar with the systems and protocols.
Cons
Can't depend on this job for steady work hours for income. Sometimes if there is a need, you can be working 20-40 hours a week, but when there are a low amount of assignments you'll be competing with other techs for the shifts.
