      I worked at Sharp Coronado and loved that we always had ample staff

      Cons

      Being a smaller community hospital, we didn't have immediate access to many of the things you have in a larger hospital.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
