Takes too much time. - Lots of calls even for a call centre. - Expects you to meet sales targets even though you're not a broker. - Upper management is completley out-of-touch. - The commission isn't worth the effort. - The senior brokers are drained becuase of the constant training they have to do. - Management will laugh in your face and behind your back about raises. - No room to grow unless you wait years and play their games. - They'll blame you for not being effecient with their ineffecient garbage systems. - Management are children who act as rich bullies against their employees to keep their own pockets loaded. They act like nerds who finally got to sit at the popular kids table.
