      Pros

      I have learned so much in this job which I will be forever grateful for. Upper management are always willing to help and are always available by phone. The learning materials are very helpful which makes the job enjoyable when training. One of the most enjoyable parts is learning new things all the time

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job would be when it’s busy during peek periods

      - Friendly and supportive team environment - Good training provided, even for new staff - Management is approachable and helpful - Flexible shifts that work well around other commitments - Staff discounts on products - Fast-paced work that keeps shifts interesting

      - Can get busy and pressured during sales periods - Sales targets can feel challenging at times - Standing for long periods during shifts - Weekend and late trading hours are often required

      Sometimes there are some good training nights where you learn a lot, but amount reduced over the years

      Some now former management - hope it has gotten better!
