I had a disappointing experience working at this company. In my view, hiring and promotion decisions did not always seem to be based strictly on merit and performance. There appeared to be a strong emphasis on LGBTQ initiatives, and at times it felt like this focus influenced workplace dynamics and advancement opportunities. The environment also seemed overly political, which created tension among employees. Additionally, I found management to be disorganized and lacking clear direction. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
