      Steady work and benefits and good hourly people to work with

      I worked for shaw for 25 yrs only to have my pay cut and no loyalty for your years of service ! Have. Pay cut almost 500 dollars a month take another job for less pay like it or leave ! Coworker great but no one is happy , and over worked under paid ! I was greatful for employment but wasted my time on a company that only cares for management and salaried employees when the workers should have not value

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
