Pros
The other employees, wonderful, thoughtful people who were also treated like garbage.
Cons
If you are disabled, don't work for this place expecting it to treat you well just because they outwardly pride themselves on supporting disabled people in work. When it comes to their actual employees and being disabled/chronically ill, they could not care less. They only care if it impacts the businesses reputation and does not matter how much positive feedback you are getting from everyone else. Management only care about the KPI's and not actually backing and supporting their employees. Happened to not only me but a few of my fellow colleagues who became ill on post. Basically they can talk the talk, but not walk the walk when it comes to actually hiring and supporting disabled folk.
