Pros
Pro was mostly supportive colleagues.
Cons
Absolutely everything else. The working environment was attrocious. The expectation of working I'm unsafe conditions was utterly insane. Being expected to to see violent unpredictable clients in environments where you were unsafe. No security sometimes no other staff around. Job centre staff have security and support we do essentially the same job and get nome of the protection. The targets are unachievable and the goal posts often moved without any notice. Management who love to use buzz words and group calls at 8am sharp but are unavailable for any guidance the rest of the day. Having meetings abut having meetings and achieving nothing. Expecting people to travel far out of their catchment zone and covering up the fact that hybrid working didn't really mean hybrid because you'll be questioned constantly if you are WFH for 1 day.
