Management who love to use buzz words and group calls at 8am sharp but are unavailable for any guidance the rest of the day. Having meetings abut having meetings and achieving nothing. Expecting people to travel far out of their catchment zone and covering up the fact that hybrid working didn't really mean hybrid because you'll be questioned constantly if you are WFH for 1 day.
