There was no structure in sales and in sales management ruled by fear. I didn't received my Rules of Engagement for a year so my commission and bonuses were sometimes paid late or changed last minute. Management didn't follow lead processes that were in place so it would hinder the sales process and would effect the "lower hanging fruit" sales people (newer sales reps). My days off would be denied because as a team we weren't at quota, even though my numbers were at the quota mark. Management would micromanage time in between calls, emails and more. Management would also pit their sales people against each other in hopes of "pushing you to do better". For Ex: "This person got this much in, if they can do it you need to do it too." If you didn't do as management asked you would be spoken to with disrespect saying "budget cuts are coming" "you don't want to be on the wrong side of the axe". It was a hostile work environment over the past year 2020-21. I wouldn't recommend Sheakley as they were unprofessional and unethical. HR was not help, you would only get retaliation (demotion, leads being taken away) if you did bring anything to HR's attention. I sincerely do not recommend working in Sales for Sheakley. When I started we were a team of 25+ when I left there were only 6 team members. There's a reason for that.
