Senior management in both the UK and Norway operate with favoritism and cliques. Bullying behaviour is ignored or protected. Decisions are not based on competence but on who you are aligned with. Long-term, experienced staff are being made redundant while poor leadership remains untouched. Accountability at the top is non-existent. Communication is misleading and often does not reflect the real state of projects. concerns about the company’s financial stability and how suppliers and projects are being handled...Do your research! This is not a healthy or secure place to build a career.
