Unfortunately, I did not identify any positive aspects of the company during my time there. Despite my efforts to find something positive, the company had a toxic work culture, poor and selfish management, and currently has inadequate resources/service provider. Additionally, the compensation and benefits were below average for the industry. Overall, my experience with the company was overwhelmingly negative.
Cons
My experience working at Sheba.xyz or Sheba Platform Limited was incredibly negative. Firstly, the company has a terrible reputation for not providing salaries to its employees, and I can personally attest to this. Despite working there for a year, I have yet to receive three months' worth of salary, which has been extremely detrimental to my financial stability. Anyone who left, wants to have a minimum hi-hello response from the hr and management team or any sort of acknowledgement regarding the due salaries. Everyone left empty-handed trusting company and some people but when they are trying to reach-out, they are not getting any proper answer. In addition, the company's culture was incredibly toxic and destructive to employee careers. Management showed no interest in investing in employee development or offering support, and there was no work environment to speak of. Instead, employees were expected to work long hours without any financial/other benefits but there no time limit, which was extremely stressful and unhealthy. The company also seemed to favor hiring VPs, SVP, and people who were unqualified for leadership positions, simply because they were willing to flatter and oil up to the management. These VPs are joining their families like their father, wife, girlfriends, brothers, cousins and theirpeople in different positions. These individuals are selfish and had no leadership skills or experience and caused major problems within the company. Furthermore, they are manipulating data to investors and people. They do this every monthend. The targets set by the company were completely unrealistic and impossible to achieve, and yet the management continued to misrepresent the data to the people. Overall, my experience with Sheba Platform Limited was one of frustration, stress, and disappointment, and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and supportive work environment. So, Don't ruin your career by joining here.
