Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at SheerID. It's encouraging to hear that you felt you were able to grow your career during your time here. We care about personal and professional development for all team members, and I appreciate you expressing that sentiment.
It’s even more important to hear where you think we could improve, and so it was disappointing to read about some of your experiences with the hiring decisions that were made. For a growing business like ours, we have to be incredibly nimble when it comes to scaling our teams, so our talent recruiting teams are always cultivating relationships with a number of people.
Regarding your comments on listening to our employees, we are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all our employees. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance how we communicate and receive feedback from our team members. In fact, we launched an internal program earlier this year to achieve just that. Our dedication to our employees, in my opinion, is one area that sets us apart, and I am sorry that was not your experience while working here.
All of your feedback has certainly been taken to heart, and we always strive to provide an environment where our employees can work where they work best. I encourage any reviewer to reach out and speak to someone personally.
