Amazing mission, horrible leadership - Anonymous employee Shef Employee Review

There is no execution on the mission - leadership still hasn't figured out how to put action behind their words. No eq from decision-makers whatsoever. The culture is not good and leadership does nothing to help (lots of "we're a family" talk 🚩). No career progression or clear ways to grow via leveling or comp.
