I didnt find any negatives while i was working un care home.

lovely residents to care for, some nice staff, free uniform to wear whilst at work. dbs paid for until you leave.

Could not work around my child's nursery hours despite telling them in a interview prior to been offered the job. discriminating against health issues, alarms were raised about my health and they did not take it into consideration then got rid of me with no warning. awful company
