Pros
My experience at Goldberg Insurance has been overwhelmingly positive. The flexible hours allow me to choose my part-time schedule while attending school, and my boss is always understanding of my situation. The office environment is comfortable, featuring large windows and a great location. The work atmosphere is relaxed, and employees are given a lot of autonomy, which requires strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Cons
Clearly many former employees have reported negative experiences, and I don’t want to undermine anyone’s experience, I have never met or worked with any of these individuals. All I can say is that I have never encountered any of the issues that these former employees have brought up. I would say these reviews do not accurately represent the business or the owner.
