If you expect anyone in management to be accountable for anything, this isn't your place. CEO appears to have issues staying the course and seems to get a kick out of making people feel uncomfortable and insecure about their job. Also, well spoken...but lots of talk with no direction or leadership. His right hand, when you see her, always looks bothered to be around anyone lower than management (the facial expressions and eye rolls are clear and offensive).
