Management is great! ofc you get the one off but for the most part, the people i work with are the sweetest.

It is difficult to get a promotion because the listings are limited but i think that has more to do with the state of the economy.

There are no pros to working here

Overall, this role can be very stressful due to inconsistent management practices and strict attendance expectations. There is noticeable favoritism within leadership, which can make it challenging for employees to feel supported or fairly treated. The attendance policy is rigid and doesn’t allow much flexibility for legitimate personal or family situations. The work itself is heavily member-focused, but there is little emphasis on employee well-being or work-life balance. This position may not be ideal for those looking for a healthy or sustainable long-term environment.
