Pros
Gets Salary on 7/14/21/28/54 days after salary day. Terminates before completion of 1 year and re-joins as a new employee again to seize all leaves to 0(zero). Upon releasing, there will be No relieving letters, no experience letters and no last salary given to you unless you abscond and settle later or sell off the given hardware as compensation. You live by Exit letter. Anytime, you will have 1 and only one leave even if you haven't availed any since 6/12 months, hence no leave carry forward or leave encashment; Same is case with both earned and casual/sick leaves. (In short, you will have no leaves, except LOP). Lazy & reckless Finance team, Super lazy other Management teams. Least bothered about employee, (employees are like sheeps in a shed for them, who get's their share of commission and brokerage on the name of employment & nothing else).
Cons
You have to follow-up/beg for payslips, 0 leaves availability or not more than 1 leave. if you take leave around weekend, they consider weekend also as leaves and have to face LOP. No last month salary if you are serving NP or asked to resign or released from project. Delayed salary payment, so that they could generate some interest over it or delay possibly. Live by exit letter alone and no other letters like Form-16, Payslips, Relieving & experience letter and any other. Besides, if you ask for salary after moving to another organisation, they will either creates an environment of threatening during a verification process by your next company or; would try to force the Next-HR to create a bad atmosphere around you to get the pending letters, which Shell Infotech wouldn't want to issue you unless you forget your last salary, or by letting them to give you whenever they wish(1/2/3/4 - years later wish). Do you want so many struggles after benefiting the company with your work and no letters at End of employment? Think thrice while picking this Contract Job!!!
