-Low pay for the industry, but high expectations, which has led to a fairly high turnover rate over the past few years -Corporate structure seems to promote job hopping, as promotions from within are more likely to only happen when someone else leaves -Performance reviews appear to be completely disconnected from pay increases, almost as if management draws names from a hat to give out bonuses -Branch offices are much more modernized than the headquarters, which is kind of backwards
