Good environment, friendly co-workers, good long term company plan. The pay/benefits are very competitive if not on the top end of this industry. Fringe benefits are unheard of!

Uses MS Exchange. I prefer Google suite of tools. Outsources IT. HR needs to recruit an in-house IT department.

The people (outside the top two in charge)

The pay is well below industry standards: The brain-trust here think that a part-time janitor is qualified to drive a forklift handling caustic and corrosive chemicals. Why? To save money on labor. Nepotism/cronyism: You need to really kiss some serious tail in order for the Pope and his side-kick to accept you. Denial: the top two in charge actually think they're in charge of a multi=billing dollar company. Meanwhile, they're making promises NOT to raise prices and then...... they raise prices, causing long-time customers to leave. Genius!!! "Leadership": or in this case, the lack of it. A true leader inspires. A true leader gets his people to put in their best. A true leader is respected and well-liked. Well... none of this applies here. The leaders here hide out in their throne-room (unless one of them is trying to get a staff member drunk).
