      Learning from knowledgeable co workers Cameron from HR

      Cons

      Lack of inclusivity Closed my department where I was only Muslim black woman working in the corporate office Upper management suggested I be moved to a predominantly Muslim building Aggressive regionals who leave no room for mistakes unless you are part of the political circle that includes 4 highly closed minded, mean spirited, fear mongering individuals.

      The company’s involvement in community-focused projects is meaningful and impactful.

      Cons

      Workload expectations are high, and work-life balance is very challenging. Career advancement pathways aren’t clearly defined for all roles. Positions are understaffed, which increases stress and workload.
