Salary is far lower than what is on offer for similar level roles, even when presented with evidence of market rate there is no meeting in the middle. Huge salary gaps between male and female staff at the same level. No benefits such as health, dental insurance. Promises of progression which never come to fruition. Staff overworked with 6 day weeks as standard, expected to put client needs ahead of family time. Serious disconnect between senior managers and sales staff. Very high turnover of staff recently with some valuable people turning their back as the expectations get higher, the salaries continue to stagnate and positive feedback and respect for staff dissipates.
