I am writing to you on behalf of the Zoom Info and UK teams to share our concerns and feedback regarding the HR manager on our floor.
While we appreciate the company culture and opportunities for growth, we have observed that the HR manager in question appears to be more focused on socializing with colleagues rather than addressing employee concerns.
Specifically, we have experienced:
- Lack of support and action on employee concerns, including workplace harassment
- Unprofessional behavior, including gossiping with another HR recruiter on daily basis, sitting with her in cabin for hours and hours, both are showing arrogance to the employees.
- Perception of favoritism and unfair treatment
We believe that these issues are affecting employee morale, productivity, and overall well-being. We respectfully request that the management take our concerns seriously and consider taking appropriate action.
We value the company's mission and vision and believe that with effective HR management, we can create a more positive and inclusive work environment.
