Pros
Small teams means flexibility based on your managers, Lots of good people work for the company, Can be low stress if your store isn't busy. Lots of opportunity for quick advancement, you can go Full-Time -> Assistant Manager -> Store Manager -> Sales Rep within a few years (about one year per position).
Cons
Corporate doesn't care about store employees much, they overwork and under reward them. Customers can be frustrating and sometimes very mean.
