      We have a well defined company policy which is shared with the employees on the day they join office. We have worked hard to build a positive work culture and we ensure that people working at Shezar are productive and happy. We have an open door policy and everybody is approachable.

      Worts company, can ask you to leave anytime with no reason. No managent. Will ask forcefully to put resignation.
