Nothing good about the management. The children and parents are nice.

Cons

There are anti-Asian sentiments in the working place. Asians are criticized for the food they eat and the languages they speak. Some would insult Asians without even realizing it is wrong to do so. Ironically, the organization was started by Japanese, who are Asians too.

You get to teach English in a classroom

Cons

Get burned out fast and easy. Classes can be 7 times a day which is very exhausting. You will get sick a lot too, parents dont care if their kids are sick they just bring them in.

- easy to pick up the teaching method

Cons

- Lack of good managers - Organisation is non-existent. - Boss favours certain employees and creates a hostile working environment. - Forced to take no pay leave during covid because students weren't coming in person. - Repetitive routine - Working on the weekends - No bonus
