Pros
- Steady work schedule. - If you are liked by the right people, it must be great! - Some managers are quite nice to work with, at least for the most part.
Cons
- Riddled with favoritism. - Loyal employees that have been there for more than 10+ year are treated unfairly and CRIMINALLY underpaid! - Micromanagement and scare tactics are often utilized to keep you there, you will eventually start to feel stuck and that's exactly the position they want to keep all of their employees. - They make you feel as if you owe them, rather than them owing you for the work you do. - The pay is a RIDICULOUS joke for most (this does not apply to those they like). - Extremely old-fashioned, to the point that they let a lot of discriminatory behavior slide if they happen to like the person who did said behavior. - No one takes you seriously if you are under 30 years old. - They try to convince you that you are happy and other companies are not as "generous" or "lenient" as they are; which is utterly false. They are the strictest company I have worked for. - So much unfairness happening in every department, that the rumor mill eventually reaches everyone. - Just don't work there unless you are looking to have a steady/robotic schedule or if you are planning to kiss up to a lot of egos in upper management that tell you to do more/better constantly yet don't even know how to do half what is asked of you and their subordinates.
