Pros
people I joined with were nice
Cons
I worked here for about a month and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fair treatment or decent communication. The training was extremely disorganized — several people in my class quit right away because it made no sense and expectations kept changing daily. On top of that, their **performance metrics are completely unrealistic**. You’re expected to learn multiple systems and handle complex tasks almost immediately with little to no real guidance. The pay is **low for the amount of work and pressure they put on you**, and you can forget about getting proper breaks — the workload makes it nearly impossible. There’s also a strange “gotcha” culture where you can be reported or written up over casual conversations or simple misunderstandings. They seem to monitor Teams chats and calls for anything they can twist, and it’s not a psychologically safe place to work. Even harmless joking can somehow be turned into a “report.” To make matters worse, **a friend of mine was fired over a personal Instagram comment that had absolutely nothing to do with the company**, which shows how overreaching and inconsistent management can be. It feels like they care more about control and optics than about communication or supporting their employees. If you decide to work here, **be extremely careful about what you say, type, or post online**, and don’t expect fair expectations, proper training, or decent pay. The turnover is incredibly high for a reason.
