Pros
The co-workers are highly intelligent, most are very good at what they do and always willing to help each other out. The workplace is super casual (you should know you will be required to wear company-branded T-shirts and/or merchandise at all times). There's an in-house bar where employees gather for a drink every Friday evening. Company culture is a big thing. So it would be easy to evaluate yourself on how you are doing at the company. *There's a con on this though. Remuneration is competitive......until it's not.
Cons
Job instability. Every employee is on a 3-month contract. Which means you are never sure if you still have a job every 3 months. That and constant threats on losing your job make it impossible to consider a long-term career. If you don't like to be shouted at and berated in front of your co-workers, this might not be the place for you. Assimilation to company culture (which dictates if you get to keep your job or get fired/forced to resign) is entirely up to management's subjective opinion. Which ends up being the go-to reason for firing people on a whim. The turnover rate is so high! Apparently the hiring model is hiring as many people for a role and then fire those who are not a 'cultural fit'. In the end, you have roles left with no one and other employees have to pick up the slack with no overtime pay. Leading to more people quitting due to the toxic work environment. Run by same management of Photon Consulting (check out the reviews there). You'd think they'd learn from previous mistakes.
