Everybody I have interacted with at Trendline Interactive has been a pleasure to work with. Due to the nature of my role as an APM, I interact with several different departments and they are all communicative, thorough and quick to respond and assist where needed.
On top of that, I feel as though I am valued for my individuality and humanity, which is something I have not found at many other companies these days.
Cons
If you are not used to working remotely, it takes an adjustment. Other than that, sometimes clients come in with last minute changes that we have to rush to resolve. But that issue is unavoidable and not the fault of Trendline in any way.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate you sharing what you like about our great company with others who may be considering us as their future employer.
Lots of room to create your own structure and process.
Respectful that employees are people.
The organization actually cares about DEI, operationally, not just as lip service.
Tons of opportunity for learning.
Thoughtful CEO, who communicates clearly.
Cons
It is a difficult industry space for an org to enter, and I don't know anyone who does full service consultancy + agency particularly well. If you're gritty and you like creating your own structure, this can also be a pro.

Pros
You will be a fool to seek any pros here. It's not a decent workplace for people who want clear boundaries and hope to enjoy some work-life balance. These awful people will never respect the lines you draw.
Cons
The work expectations were ridiculously high. Employees were expected to be available 24/7, work on multiple projects, and meet client expectations while balancing poorly assigned deadlines.
It was a struggle to show up every day when you knew they expected too much from you. It was exhausting to try to reason with the arrogant leadership that did nothing but pile horrible expectations.
They also didn't give me enough room to grow. My learning stopped, and I was doing boring work for months. There was no career growth, either. Overall, it was a horribly frustrating experience, and I escaped before I could be trapped here for long.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you felt overwhelmed and unsupported during your time with us. Your feedback about workload expectations, work-life balance, and development opportunities is taken seriously.
We recognize that unrealistic deadlines and unclear boundaries can lead to burnout, and this is not the environment we want to create. Our new leadership is working to actively address these issues. Again, thank you for the feedback.
