Pros
The people I've worked with on delivery teams are almost exclusively great. Most people in general are pleasant to work with. Salaries and benefits are fair. Remote workplace seems valued except for some snide comments about it from C-Suite.
Cons
Some of the worst leadership I've seen anywhere. Everyone in the C-Suite is clearly in over their heads. They have some decent people in the lower levels of senior leadership, but many of those are recent promotions. CEO mentions poor performance in company meetings, but seems to take no responsibility for it. Significant amounts of gaslighting from leadership (see the comments replying to glassdoor reviews). Those working in delivery were regularly made to feel bad for not billing enough hours, while sales was regularly praised for selling projects designed to fail. Revenue is down over 50% and leadership seems to exclusively blame "the economy." Company is so desperate to sell anything they take unreasonable deals and let clients get away with whatever they want, then blame delivery teams when projects go over budget or deliver lower quality work. No raises or regular promotions in the last 2 years, though they did recently convert bonus to base salary. Good luck getting promoted if you're not a white woman.
