They blatantly lie in your face. They hire with B2B contract promising vacation days, sick days and benefits like regular employees, but in reality it’s not in the contract, so you can’t legally request anything. They, on the other hand, can fire you on the spot. The whole management are simply cowards and liars, do not waste your time there.
