      Pros

      Benefits, consistency, great people, great management, a lot of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Scheduling can be a bit overwhelming at times, but it's nice to have a 40 hour work week regardless. Sometimes it's hard to be patient with people on the phone, and management expects you to hold your tongue with people who can be extremely rude.
