The pay and flexibility are great and the clients are amazing.
Cons
The issue is that Shipt has no loyalty, respect, or concern for a shopper's abilities, determination, or attention to customer service. I spent a year building my client base with 90% of my first-time deliveries requesting that I be their permanent or "favorite" shopper. I often used my finances to purchase my client's groceries to keep deliveries "on time" when grocery store security measures would cause the Shipt "Debit" card to be declined which is caused by using a card more than a certain amount of times in 24 hours. Then without warning, I was deactivated and accused of using my cards to benefit from bonuses offered by the card providers and all appeals were denied.
