Pros
Great coworkers and the facility is nice.
Cons
Don't tell you that can't use accrued PTO for first 90 days, including sick leave. Didn't find out until I needed to use a sick day for my child. Health care doesn't kick in for two months, didn't find that out until HR orientation. No maternity leave benefits outside of ST disability. They just don't seem to care about their employees but ask a lot of you. You'll get a lot of water bottles and t-shirts though.
