Pros
- Going in the right direction: Company is growing and getting new clients/contracts at an impressive rate. Lots of opportunities to get stuck in. - Great communication: All issues, disputes, problems are handled very professionally with productive outcomes.
Cons
-Low compensation compared to the market: Quite low salaries/rates compared for similar roles in the market, with no benefits as well. Just relying on base pay as income which is low anyways. -Workload: If you cannot handle/juggle multiple priority tasks/projects, you will struggle as each staff has loads of work.
