Poor training and career structure - Trainee Compliance Analyst Shoosmiths Employee Review

There was insufficient training and not enough time provided to properly adjust to the role. Management was ineffective, and the team manager failed to offer the necessary support and assistance. I was based in Manchester while the rest of the team was located in Belfast, which made collaboration and receiving adequate support more challenging. I would not recommend working here.
