      Good teamwork in the hourly workforce.

      Cons

      President is out of touch. We once had a really good management team that cared about us. The president has always been out of touch. He focuses on the Sales team and not the rest of us. The new management doesn’t know what they are doing. They are very disconnected and just blame us when there is a mistake, but don’t offer any help

      The managers are awesome and make it a fun work environment. It is never a stressful work environment. The managers can be flexible with your schedule.

      It was stable, no surprises for the most part and the sales team was great to work with.

      Cons

      No real room for upward growth, talking to extremely picky people all day long complaining about their first world problems like its an emergency, no commissions either.
