6yThank you for your time at ShopLC and for providing feedback on your experience at our company. I want to let you know that your voice has been heard. I have also sent this feedback to our VP of Operations. He noted that we take these comments very seriously. Our company is a very diverse and global business, and we give many opportunities for people to grow. Embracing our diversity and family environment continues to be a pillar for ShopLC. We are sorry for the way you feel, and wish that we would have had the opportunity to speak with you. We have the mind set here that we will always change and listen to our employees, as it continues to make us better.
Additionally, we are pleased to read you feel we offer good benefits and have a team of great people. On the contrary, we were concerned to read your feedback in other areas. In July 2019 we promoted Amit Agarwal to the position of President of ShopLC. You will find our executive team consists of very diverse professionals working with Amit to continuously implement many positive changes. Listening to our employees is key to our success. One of the many impactful forums for getting feedback we can action for our team is that we conduct employee engagement surveys to understand what is working and where we can improve. From the feedback, we have already implemented more than 85 suggestions from our team members to ensure a caring and safe working environment for all. Additionally, our monthly Town Hall meetings offer an opportunity for employees to ask questions or offer recommendations to continue making ours a great place to work.
While our continued progress does not change the experience that you had while at ShopLC, we hope that you take comfort in knowing that your concerns did not go unheard. Again, we thank you for your time and feedback, and we wish you the best.
