      Many opportunities to pick up new and interesting work. Company encourages (and actively trains) all employees to learn to use digital fabrication tools, work on personal projects, and attend events. Flat organizational structure + profit sharing + transparency wrt. profits

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure and eccentric management can lead to blurred boundaries in employee roles + occasional conflicts between teams.

      Everyone at ShopBot is an "owner". People work together to make sure we succeed and take responsibility for the outcome, good profit sharing.

      Not always top dollar salary, small company, so economy could have an impact on success.
