Pros

Friendly management only I think, because I only worked for 2 days.

Cons

The work hours at Shoperes are really long – I had to work for about 10 hours straight without any breaks. Technically, no one forces you not to take any breaks, but the workload is so heavy that if you take a break, you end up with a lot of unfinished work. Even though they interviewed me for a customer support role, the actual job involves more behind-the-scenes work. Plus, there aren't many customers reaching out to us. If you're someone with a lot of free time and don't mind working long hours without breaks, this might be something to consider. But just be aware that the job might not be exactly what they tell you in the interview.

1. Flexible Work Culture 2. Respect for Ideas and New Initiatives 3. Management is very helpful.

Cons

No cons as such for now. Sometimes it can be difficult for Indians since it has US work shift time. But other than nothing. Great Company to work with.
