Pros
When I joined the company it was still a start-up company, therefore I learnt how to work in a fast-pace environment. I met a lot of new people and expertise in the field of eCommerce and I made some new friendships.
Cons
We had to work overtime, without extra paying for the hours outside the working hours. The leaders were pushing and asking the creators a lot of tasks within a very short notice of deadline. No HR up until today. Our work as content creators was not easily recognized and we were given very few credits for anything.
