Very friendly and Flexible work environment

I dont see any cons here

- Very independent work environment, as long as the client is happy they are happy. No micromanagement at all. - Nice new space overlooking the lake - Casual Vibe, I don't notice a lot of corporatism here - Good benefits for such a small company - Good pay, although I am not sure how the increases work yet
