      Awesome coworkers, team environment for the win.

      Cons

      Management, higher ups. Judgemental old school mentality. If you have piercings or tattoos do something with them if you want to work here. Pay your employees more!! Support staff also don't get raises and we aren't in a union.

      They are big on education. Small community feel. Both employees and patients are nice.

      The pay isn't good. Not a magnet hospital.

      Weekly pay That’s the only positive I can think of

      Understaffed No hr Rude providers Spoiled entitled patients will call/walk in being rude and nothing gets handled Underpaid Can barely take a lunch break it’s only 30 minutes but on a busy day you have to eat at your desk Family owned office so they show favoritism everyone gossips and are chatty and catty
