Thank you for your feedback, and for noting our great staff, diversity of projects, and a work/life balance that supports our employee-owners. I am disappointed to hear your experience and concerns. As an ESOP, all of our company's profits are returned to our employee-owners. We strive to match each employee's talents and interests to the needs of the company, and balance supporting our employees, managing our business, and providing our employees autonomy and responsibility. We will continue to work to improve this balance, along with continuing to invest in technology. (Note, as of April 2020, nearly all of our employees are working from home, successfully delivering projects to our clients.)
